Jake and Delia, a young architectural couple in their early 30s, are building an investment portfolio. They had significant savings, so we strategised to lend up to 90%, allowing them to keep some of their deposit while also covering Lender's Mortgage Insurance. This approach enabled them to purchase multiple properties without depleting their savings. Their first purchase was a property in Townsville, secured with CBA.
